Achieve all the defined metrics & SLA 3. Effective engagement with customer (written & verbal) & ensure Customer Satisfaction 4. Proactive involvement of Technical Leads / Management in resolving critical issues 5. Writing Tech documents covering best practices & Tshoot approaches for a product/issue. Candiate Profile: Qualifications : 1. B.Tech/B.E/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/BCA Skills :  1. Prior troubleshooting experience 2. Willing to work in 24*7 Support (Including Night Shifts) 3. Prior experience of Voice based technical support 4.
