Job Description:
1. Make existing HCM solution implementations a Success with SAP Customers Worldwide
2. Support HCM customers on new releases and existing releases
3. Maintenance and Message solving: Analysis of customer and
internal messages.
4. Differentiate between customizing errors, program errors,
development requests and consultancy.
5. Contribute to de-escalation of escalated customer messages and
customers.
6. Improve product quality and participate in development
activities as part of product maintenance.
7. Be able to handle difficult customers and communicate
effectively the action plan and next steps for the solution independently.
8. Be conversant with the message solving and maintenance
processes.
Candidate Profile:
Education : 1. B.Tech. / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech. With 65% and above
Skils:
1. Sound Fundamentals of Computer Science
2. Good hands on experience with SAP technologies like ABAP,
WebDynpro for ABAP, ABAP OO
3. Sound Analytical and problem solving skills
4. Very Good Communications skills
5. Ability to handle customer expectations & escalations
6. Prior Knowledge of HCM is an added advantage
7. 0 – 5 years of development experience
