Job Description:
Responsibilities : 1. Support Batch and Online processes involving development, enhancement and support
2. Real-time incident support, Prioritization of Problem tickets
with business users, schedule operations and maintenance tasks, Coordination
with the offshore team
3. Participate in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and
Production Support readiness reviews for new releases.
4. Ability to perform both as an individual and in a team and
completing the given tasks on time
5. Ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple parallel
streams of work

Qualifications :
1. 2-4 years of experience to utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to: a. C# b. .Net c. SQL Server d. SVN e. SSIS
2. Prior production support experience
3. Effective communication skills
4. A proficient level of skill using Microsoft Word and Excel
5. Strong customer services skills
