Job Description: Specific Responsibilities : 1. Work with Compliance, Finance and Operations areas to elicit and document business requirements 2. Develop, Deploy and support large-scale distributed applications in a mission-critical production environment 3. Translate business requirements to a high level technical design and implementation 4. Develop test plans and perform code reviews 5. Monitor milestones and critical dates to identify potential jeopardy of schedule and identify / mitigate risk 6. Domain expertise in compliance or finance is desired Candidate Profile: Qualifications : 1. Excellent Core Java J2SE with Java 6/7 2. Excellent Java Memory Management Fundamentals 3. Multi-threaded Programming 4. Java Frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate 5. XML Parsing Exposure 6. Experience developing SOA services (REST & XML/RPC) 7. RDBMS experience preferably Oracle 11, including PL/SQL and stored procedures 8. Source code control software 9.
