Job Description:
1. Assist in the review of customers’ current supply chain processes (order entry-> final shipment) throughout the EMEA region
2. Review and where necessary prepare customer specific delivery
performance reports and follow up action to reduce earlies and 1-3 day Lates
in particular
3. Update and maintain appropriate KPI’s for daily, weekly and
monthly review. Publish these on appropriate internal notice boards and on
the TE Intranet site / SharePoint directory
4. Use appropriate tools to prepare and analyses reports on
forecast accuracy, forecast monitoring and order confirmation
5. Monitor special freight costs and participate in project teams
focusing on cost control
Candidate Profile:
Experience Required: 1. MBA in Finance/ degree in a supply chain or logistics discipline is preferred
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
1. Computer literacy (SAP R/3, MS Office) is essential. The person must be comfortable in preparing reports in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using Business Information tools such as Cognos is beneficial
2. Good working knowledge of English (oral and written). Fluency
in other European languages an advantage
3. Must have strong analytical and reporting skills
4. Able to work with minimum direction and remotely is important
5. Good project management skills
6. Results orientated, able to complete projects on time and
enjoys working with teams.
