Job Description: 1. Interacting regularly with on-shore business analyst to understand pro-actively the technology needs of the firm's various equity investment teams. 2. Assist the architects/design team in solution the design and implementation of the business requirement. 3. Provides project management oversight for small & medium sized projects. 4. Ensures that escalated issues are tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. 5. Work closely with development and testing throughout the delivery cycle. 6. Provide post implementation support. 7. Provide User trainings to various groups(development/support) Candidate Profile: Qualification Required : 1. Minimum of 3-6 years proven Business Analyst experience in the Financial Services/Asset Management industry. 2. The experience must be in the Front Office Trading application. 3. Understanding of fixed income and equity trade lifecycle. 4. Firm understanding of various investments classes and security types 5. Hands-on experience implementing CRD highly preferable. 6. Strong ability to use SQL for analyzing data. 7. Understanding of multi-tier technical architectures and relational database structures. Desirable Skills : 1. Broad knowledge of the systems and business processes in use for the mid-, and Back-office functions. 2. Knowledge and working of compliance processes.
