Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Provide first level Technical Support to the clients in USA.

2. Troubleshoot Application Login related issues.

3. Troubleshoot user profile setup issues.

4. Troubleshoot Software related issues.

5. Troubleshoot issues/queries raised by operational teams related to application.

6. Manage issue resolution by providing solution from a remote location or by accessing the users desktop.

7. Record escalation from employees and notify Development and QC team for required changes in application.

8. RCA documentation and Issue resolution documentation.

Candidate Profile:

Education: 
1. BE/BTech/BCA/MCA in Computers/ IT (certified JAVA/SQL/Software Testing/Coding candidates are preferred).

Skills :
1. 1- 4 years of experience in Technical/Application support position.

2. Basic Knowledge about Coding is must.

3. Should have knowledge about Software testing.

4. Should be good in MS office tools and documentation.

5. Mandatory knowledge on Java and SQL.

6. Knowledge of multiple JAVA and SQL programs.

7. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

8. Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

9. Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.

10. Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer support.

11. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
